Processing & Shipping Policy

Order Processing (Before Shipping)

For all Raw Indian Temple Hair, please allow 7-14 business days from date of purchase for order processing (before shipping). Our hair is sourced directly from India, inspected by us, prayed over, anointed, blessed, and co-washed before being shipped to you. Please consider this process when ordering your hair and scheduling your hair appointments. We cannot guarantee hair to arrive on specific dates for scheduled hair appointments or any other special events.

For all weft sealing services, please add 1 additional business day to hair order processing time to ensure the weft sealant is fully dry on your wefts before shipping.

For all t-shirt orders, please allow 7-14 business days from date of purchase for order processing before shipping.

For all bracelet orders, please allow 15 business days from date of purchase for order processing before shipping.

For all items that are being purchased on sale, as a pre-order, or as a backorder, please check the specific item on the product page to determine order processing time.

Note: Weekends and holidays are not considered business days, and no orders will be processed on these days. Order processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are unable to be expedited at this time.

Shipping Policy

AFTER your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated time of arrival is as follows:
US Orders:
  • USPS Mail (Approximately 2-3 Business Days)

International Orders:

  • TBD – At this time we currently process and ship orders only to the US. However, we plan to offer processing and shipping to the UK and Canada soon.
  • Important: Once the UK and Canada has been added to our list of countries, I Am Covered Hair cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs fees, taxes, or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once your package reaches the destination country. I Am Covered Hair is not responsible for any fees associated with an international shipment. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Additional Shipping Info:

Sundays and holidays are not considered postal business days, and our carriers will not deliver packages on these days. Shipping timelines are based on the shipping method chosen during checkout. Absolutely no shipments will be delivered to a P.O. Box. We must have a physical address to deliver your package. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as we ship your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Since lost and stolen shipments are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the carrier once it leaves our facility, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to start an investigation on your package. We do not have any control on how long this process may take and we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.
